‘Hydrogen is coming!’

Westfalen Group at the World Hydrogen

Hydrogen supply right up to the last mile - the Westfalen Group, which operates throughout Europe, places a special focus on this when supplying customers. Whether through on-site electrolysis, trailer supply or cylinder and bundle deliveries: Experts from Westfalen will answer all questions relating to these topics under the motto ‘Hydrogen is coming!’ at World Hydrogen.

Over 40 years of experience in dealing with this sustainable energy source are now being channelled into various projects, some of which are international. These include the construction of an electrolyser in France to supply the steel producer ArcelorMittal. In the Netherlands, Westfalen is cooperating with the energy supplier Alliander in a pilot project where hydrogen is being fed into a natural gas network. Westfalen's expertise in mobile and flexible trailer solutions is being used to supply a German research centre, for example. Daimler Truck Holding AG honoured the Westfalen Group with the Daimler Truck Supplier Award in 2024 for exceptional performance and outstanding partnership-based cooperation.

At the award ceremony, the commercial vehicle manufacturer emphasised Westfalen's in-depth expertise in the supply of gaseous hydrogen and praised the very high level of flexibility and fast response times for deliveries.
